This training has been moved. To take your hipaa training please use the below instructions Instructions to access the course:

Go to https://blackboard.stonybrook.edu/
Click User Logi and enter NetID username & password
Click on the top tab Courses
Enter SoM Annual HIPAA in the Course Search box click go
Select the course titled SoM- Annual-HIPAA-Compliance-Training then click the arrow after the course name and select Enroll
Click Submit and OK to complete the self-enrollment

The instructions for the course are found under the Information tab and the course content is found under the Content tab.
PLEASE PRINT OUT CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND GIVE IT TO YOUR ADMINISTRATOR FOR YOUR SCHOOL
