Each school must define and publish it’s definition of “director information”.

Educational Institution may disclose directory information about former students without giving notice, unless the former students prohibit the institution from doing so.

The Educational Institution must comply with a proper request for access to records within 45 days after the request is received.

The Educational Institution must respond to reasonable requests for explanations and / or interpretations of the records.
