The student has the right to consent prior to the disclosure of the student’s education records to third parties. The student has the right to inspect and review all personally identifiable education records (pertaining to the student) which is maintained by State University of New York at Stony Brook. The School may disclose personally identifiable information from the student’s education records without the student’s written consent (with certain exception). |
