School may disclose without student consent if….- School officials have determined to have legitimate educational interests in the records.
- To officials of another school, school system, or institution of postsecondary education where the student seeks or intents to enroll.
- To specified state and local authorities, or to comply with a judicial order or lawfully issued subpoena.
- The disclosure is in connection with a health or safety emergency. Documentation of reason for disclosure, what was disclosed and signature of person who authorized is placed in student file.
